At Spelpaus, you can self-exclude from gambling for one, three, or six months - or indefinitely, which is a permanent exclusion with the option to cancel every twelfth month. Some casinos offer a 24-hour exclusion, but that service has nothing to do with Spelpaus and only applies to the casino where you used the service.
The gambling addiction group
This is a non-profit national organization run by people who have been gambling addicts themselves or have had relatives who were gambling addicts. They organize self-help groups where you can connect with other gambling addicts or relatives of gambling addicts. The gambling addiction group can also help you remotely.
Telephone (10:00–18:00 weekdays): 072-366 76 76 (no SMS)
SMS: 070-3210 365 (no calls)

Game break
Do you have difficulty taking a break from casino games, even though you actually want to? Then you should use Spelpaus, which is a national service that covers all casinos with a license. If you self-exclude from one casino, you self-exclude from all! Remember that you must verify your identity with bankID at Spelpaus.
